Mental Fitness Training for Individuals and Teams

A Stanford University research-based six-week program where you’ll learn to:

  • Increase the time you spend in positive emotions like creativity, empathy and curiosity

  • Decrease time spent in negative emotions like stress, anger, guilt, frustration and fear

It’s based on Positive Intelligence, aka PQ, an operating system that fuses neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology and performance science. Based on the research done by Shirzad Chamine and his team at Stanford involving hundreds of CEOs and their executive teams, Stanford students, world class athletes, and 500,000 people from over 50 countries.

  • Learn innovative ten-second tools that weaken your Saboteurs, the lies they tell, your limiting beliefs and negative patterns

  • Discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress, damaging your performance and relationships, and what to do about it

  • Get re-introduced to the part of your brain that generates all your positive emotions, and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind

  • Unlock the five Sage powers crucial to personal and professional success

  • Use these powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action in all areas of life and workaligned with meaning, purpose and joy


WHAT’S REQUIRED?

This isn’t magic. It doesn’t happen all by itself. It does work, however, if you’re willing to do the work.

You’re looking at…

  • One hour of independent app-based video study per week with Shirzad Chamine guiding you through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools

  • Ten to fifteen minutes per day of 2-minute practices

  • A one hour weekly zoom call with your podmates (five to seven accountability partners) and me to debrief the week’s topic, share experiences and keep each other on track
